After years of teaching yoga and deepening my knowledge through practicing massage, meditation, and working with plant medicine, I've developed a personalized approach to integration that combines multiple healing modalities.

My Journey as a Healer
My path into the healing arts began in 2007 when, after 5 years of practicing yoga, I became a certified yoga instructor. In 2010, I continued down this path by becoming a licensed massage therapist.
The transformative moment came in 2013 when I began my journey of personal healing with plant medicine in Iquitos, Peru. For the past 12 years, I've worked closely with Indigenous Shipibo Healers of Peru while continuing my education in various trauma healing modalities.
This unique combination of experiences allows me to offer a truly integrative approach to healing and personal transformation.

The Power of Plant Medicine
Plant medicine offers profound opportunities for healing and self-discovery when approached with respect and proper integration. My 12 years of experience working with Indigenous Healers have given me deep insights into how these medicines can be used safely and effectively.
The program includes a carefully designed micro-dose regimen of Plant Medicine, supporting herbal blend supplements, and one in-person ceremonial experience. These elements are integrated with coaching to maximize their healing potential.
